PRINT BLANK TEST FORMS IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES

MENU: Choose the "Forms" Menu from the Main Menu, then "Blank Personality Profile".  Choose the Language you would like for the Form.


The Hire Success System allows you to open up and print blank Personality Profile Forms directly from the software.  Each Form is in a Rich Text Format (.rtf) and will open in whatever application you have installed that is the default for .rtf files.  Normally, this will be WordPad or Microsoft Word.  Once open, you can modify the form and save your modifications to your computer or network hard drive.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE ADJECTIVES ON THE TEST.  THIS WILL INVALIDATE THE TEST AND IS PROHIBITED BY INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.

This feature is provided for your convenience, as some Hire Success clients prefer to administer the test by paper-and-pencil, then enter the Applicant's answers online for scoring.  Blank forms are also handy to keep in your briefcase when you travel to use whenever a computer or the Internet is not available.  Forms are currently available in:

            graphic English

            graphic Spanish

            graphic French (Canadian)

            graphic Japanese*

            graphic Malaysian


* NOTE REGARDING JAPANESE FORM: In order to properly display and print Asian characters, you must have the Asian character support installed in your version of Microsoft Windows as well as the Japanese fonts.
