CUSTOMIZING THE SYSTEM & REPORTS WITH YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION

When you first Install the Hire Success System on your Computer, you may see the above information appear on your main screen.  Each Installation of the Hire Success System allows you, the User, to customize your copy of the software with your Company's Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and Web Site URL.  To change this information and add your personalized Information to the System, Choose the "Setup" from the Main Menu, then "Company Information".   You will then see the screen shown below:

Simply change each field to whatever information best describes your needs.  For example, within the same Company, you may be at a different address or Suite number.  You can add YOUR email Address, or your direct telephone number.  Some of this information will appear on Reports you print, thus allowing you to customize this information as appropriate.  When finished, just click the "SAVE" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
