The "Test Administration" menu allows Hire Success Clients to Authorize one, or any combination of the Hire Success Online Tests available through the Hire Success System.  All tests can be made available, at the Client's option, or some can be Restricted to assure employees or applicants do not take tests the Company does not want to use.

Test Administration creates a temporary "online" test form on your computer so someone could take and submit the test to the Hire Success Service Bureau for processing.  Once submitted, the Hire Success Online Service Bureau will receive and process the test and email the test results in the form of a complete HTML Report to the Authorized Person at the Client Company, normally within 3-5 minutes from the time it was submitted.  No web site or page is required, only a "license key" provided by Hire Success.  A License Key is provided at the time any number of Report Credits are purchased from Hire Success.  The "Key" unlocks one or more Test Forms in the System.

QUESTION: WHAT IF THE SYSTEM SAYS IT IS AN "UNLICENSED SYSTEM"?

If you have downloaded and installed the Hire Success System, but have not purchased any Test Credits to score tests on the Hire Success Service Bureau, you will see the Message Box shown Above.  It simply tells you that the System you have is "Unlicensed", that is, it has not been given a "License Key" from Hire Success to open up any of the Test Administration Forms.  If the forms were available without a key, the Service Bureau system could not score them and return them since no Credits had been purchased, therefore, the Forms are not available until a Service Bureau Account has been setup with Hire Success or through an Authorized Hire Success Dealer or Representative.  Click on the "Help", then "About" menu to see the contact information of your Hire Success Authorized Dealer.

QUESTION: I HAVE PURCHASED CREDITS BUT I STILL DENIED ACCESS TO A TEST FORM.

If your company has purchased Report Credits and has an account setup with the Hire Success Online Service Bureau, your company's management may have chosed to "Disable" certain tests, or languages.  For example, if the company only wants to use the Hire Success Personality Profile in English and Spanish, and no other tests, the License Key provides will only "UNLOCK" the Personality Profile in those two languages.  Attempting to use any of the other tests will result in the Message Box shown above.  If you have a need to use more of the tests, the Manager responsible for the Hire Success System in your company to receive an updated "License Key" to unlock the additional Reports.  Managers are provided with a "Manager's Key" that allows them to allow or disallow any test or tests in the system.  See "AUTHORIZING TEST FORMS " if you are a Manager and need help setting up Test Forms.

THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR ACCESSING OTHER, OR ALL OF THE REPORTS. The only cost to your company is purchasing the Test "Credits" that are installed on the Hire Success Online Service Bureau that "scores" the tests.  Each time ANY of the tests are submitted to the Service Bureau, it uses one of the paid "credits".  This is why some companies may opt to disable reports they do not choose to use or be charged a "credit".
