TUTORIAL: Deleting Reports from a Database |
Previous Top Next |
There are a number of reasons why you may want to Delete a report from either the Baseline Database or the Campaign Database. The most obvious reason would be you added a report to the wrong database not realizing which database was open. (Press the F2 Function Key at any time to have the System tell you which Databases are open. Or, use the "Help" menu to select this option.) Other reasons might include revising the Baseline from time to time by purging one or more people who no longer best represent your "ideal" candidate, while perhaps adding new examples.
Whatever the reason, the process is very simple. Each of the Manager menus (shown above) you will find a "Delete" option. Try deleting one or more people from the Databases. You can always add them back at any time.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR BASELINES: If you delete, or even add, a report from the Baseline Database from time to time, be sure and Re-"Make" the Baseline by selecting the Step 2 button from the Baseline Toolbar or selecting the "Baseline Manager" then "Create Baseline File".
