SETUP COMPANY INFORMATION
When your Hire Success System is first installed, you will see this generic information displayed on the Main Hire Success screen. This is the Personalization of the system for each Company and User. To change the information to reflect your personal data, choose the "Setup" menu, then "Company Information".
You will see the above screen where you can add or change any data you wish. Any changes will be immediately reflected in the information shown on the Main Screen. Some of this data will also be used on Reports generated by the System to customize the Report for your company.
PRINTING BLANK PERSONALITY TEST FORMS
Selecting the Forms Menu will allow you to open up a Blank Personality Profile form with your default editor of HTML (.htm) files, which is normally your Internet Browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Form is available in English and 4 other languages. These paper forms may be saved externally and further customized for your company's use.
Beginning with Version 2.5 of the Hire Success Software, selecting the Personality Profile in English, and possibly other languages, will give you the option to EMBED the currently Open Baseline Information into the Test Form. This will allow anyone who takes the test using this form to have the Baseline automatically applied by Hire Success at the time the Test Form is received and scored. In addition to the Standard Reports you receive by email, you will also receive a "Baseline Summary Report" with the Baseline information applied. There is no additional cost or credits deducted for this additional service.
If, after selecting the language, you see the Option Box above, answering "Yes" will automatically embed the Baseline Data into the Test Form.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT EVER USE AN HTML EDITOR TO CHANGE THE TEST ADJECTIVES OR ANY OF THE FORM PROPERTIES IN ANY WAY. ANY CHANGES COULD INVALIDATE THE TEST RESULTS, AND/OR CAUSE A CREDIT TO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT GENERATING A REPORT. It is ok to save the form to administer tests, send it to your WebMaster to include on your web site, as long as the Form Properties are not tampered with in any way.
SAVING HTML TEST FORMS ON YOUR NETWORK OR HARD DRIVE
You may, from time to time, wish to have applicants use a Personality Test Form with the Baseline embedded as described above, or generate an ad-hoc Aptitude Test or Integrity Survey. Any time you choose this option, the generates the HTML form and displays it in your default Internet Browser. In this example, we will presume you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer for your default Browser.
IMPORTANT: When saving the test form from your Browser, you should follow these steps very carefully:
1. With the
Test form displayed in your Browser, go to the "Files" menu, then choose "Save
As".
2. You will see the standard File Save box from windows that allows you to choose the filename, where you save it, etc. Choose the location where you wish to save the Test form and provide any Name you wish. It is best to use the file extension ".htm" or ".html".
3. IMPORTANT!! Before you save the file, be sure to change the "File Type" just below the File Name from "Web Page (complete)" to "Web Page (HTML Only)".

Select the "Help" menu, then "About". This will provide information about the Version of the Hire Success Software and the contact information for your Authorized Hire Success Dealer or Authorized Representative.
