INTRODUCTION

When you first install the Hire Success Employment Testing System Software, a subdirectory is created containing 26 Sample Reports.  You may use these reports to become familiar with the System's many features and Baseline Reporting capability.  New and prospective Hire Success customers may not have a sufficient number of their own Reports to work with in order to explore and learn about the system's capabilities.

Each Sample Report is saved in a folder setup during installation at:
C:\Program Files\Hire Success\Sample Reports.  This simulates how reports might be saved just as you would save the email attachments you receive from our Online Scoring Center each time you administer a Hire Success Personality Profile online.  Although these are actual reports, the Names have been changed, first to protect the privacy of the person who took the test originally, but also to make it easier for you to know the Primary and Secondary personality types of most of the reports by the Name on the report.

NAMES

There are 5 reports provided for each of the 4 Personality Temperaments  (Types) that have similar characteristics, much like you may select from your top employees in a particular job or position in your company.  The Person's name reflects the Personality Type, so for example, people with Primary Personalities of "A" and Secondary types of "B" have the same initials for their Name, e.g. Adam Baker, Anne Berlin, etc.  The six reports that do not use this naming convention are to illustrate specific Report Characteristics and make good sample job applicants for you to use to see a variety of different Report Results.
