MENU: Choose the "Baseline Manager" menu, then "Edit Report Name / View Data"

The main purpose of this screen is to allow you to change the First and Last Name of the Reports you have Added to the Baseline Database .  There are 3 reasons why you might want to change the names in the Baseline Database:

1.         The system didn't choose the First and Last Names correctly.  For example, if the Employee's Name is "Mary Ann Smith", the system assumes the first name is just that and everything else is the Last name.  Therefore, it would have selected First Name: "Mary", Last Name: "Ann Smith".  This screen allows you to correct it so the First Name is "Mary Ann".

2.         The Employee entered their Last Name in the First Name field and visa versa.  You may correct this using this Edit Screen.

3.         You have chosen to make the names of the Employees used in the Database "anonymous" and create fictitious names for each entry after it has been added to the Database. If you do choose to do this, be sure you keep a record of the "alias" names you've assigned in the event you want to delete someone and add others in the future.  If you have changed the name, the System will not recognize Duplicate entries if you inadvertently add the same person's data a second time.

This screen also allows you to quickly view the Report Data without reprinting the full Report. The system does not allow you to change the Report Data as this would make it easy for someone to alter an Employee's Report.  Altering a Report would be misleading to anyone who may subsequently rely on the printed report that might contribute to make hiring or promotion decisions.

When finished making any changes, or just viewing the Data, press the "SAVE" button to update the data in the Database, or "Cancel" to ignore any changes and leave the name unaltered.
