BASELINES
Baselines help you compare new Applicants for a particular job or position to a Pre-developed
range based on the Personality Profile Reports of some of your best, and most successful
employees in that position. Although developing and using Baselines is Optional, it is
recommended to help you at least prioritize your interview process.
By being able to compare a group of job Applicants to a Baseline, you can choose to bring those
closest to your Baseline in for an interview as soon as possible so you will have an opportunity to
interview them before too much time elapses and they may take another job elsewhere. It also
helps you identify the key characteristics and traits in new applicants that attribute to the success
of some of your best employees.
