DEFINING THE TRAITS


Each of the twenty Trait Scales include two traits which represent opposites of each others.  This section will provide some specific information regarding each of the Traits and what they might mean in a business setting.  Each of the descriptions focus on the "Extreme" definition of each, that is, characteristics of one who is that way most or all of the time.


1          INTROVERTED - EXTROVERTED

4          INDECISIVE - DECISIVE

5          INTUITIVE - ANALYTICAL

9          LIVES FOR TODAY - GOAL ORIENTED

10        REACTIVE - PROACTIVE

11        AVOIDS CHANGE - LIKES CHANGE

12        IMPATIENT - PATIENT

13        UNPERSUASIVE - PERSUASIVE

14        DELEGATES DETAILS - DETAILED

15        AVOIDS STRESS - THRIVES ON STRESS

16        NEEDS REASSURANCE - SELF CONFIDENT

17        INTOLERANT - TOLERANT

18        TEAM PLAYER - WORKS INDEPENDENTLY

19        PASSIVE - AGGRESSIVE

20        SKEPTIC - PROMOTER
