Purchasing Credits


To purchase credits, you'll need to:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the "Credit Card" icon at top right of your screen.
  3. Select a package and filling in your billing details.
  4. Submit the form

Once you have successfully submitted the form, the amount of credits will be automatically added to the total number of "Credits Remaining", if any, on your account. 

If any reports were "locked" due to your account having a zero credit balance, simply navigate to the report and follow the on screen instructions to unlock your report.
